Feb. 17-19 Women's Retreat - Circle of Faith being held at the        
    Norbertine Center for Spirituality in DePere. There will be
    many activities to choose from besides the program such as the pool
    and snowshoes - cost for the weekend $110 - see
    attachment #1 for further info - registration deadline Feb. 1st.

Feb. 21st - Shrove Tuesday - pancakes all over the diocese - tell us
    when and where for next newsletter

Feb. 22nd - Ash Wednesday

March 16-17 - Women's Retreat - Spirituality of the Friendship of Women
    Redemptorist Retreat Center - Oconomowoc - cost $125 -  

April 27-29 - Province 5 Women's Conference - South Bend IN -              
    Interdependence Day - Sisters in Spirit Moving Toward Mission
    Cost $275 for the weekend. Keynoter - the Rev. Gary Manning from

    As you start thinking about Lent and activities for that period consider
    checking out the resources the Women's Roundtable Library has
    for study. If you know of a particular program or book that you might

    availability. Three possibles would be "The Last Week" by Marcus Borg
    (discussion of Holy Week day by day- fits well into Lenten
    study), "The Heartbeat of God" by Presiding Bishop Katherine        
    Jefferts-Schori (5 "parts"- fits into Lent), "Kitchen Table Wisdom"
    by Rachel Naomi Remen (short "stories" regarding everyday life
    covering meaning, love, faith, suffering, miracles).
