Our current leaders have been volunteering in their communities for many years, and they bring with them an incredible ability to lead, inspire and care for those that need it.
With over 50 years of volunteer experience among them, our leaders provide St. Aidan's Episcopal Church with the inspiration and direction to keep the organization moving forward and expanding in new areas based on our community's needs.
The senior warden works alongside the parish rector. Together, they share with their congregation the mission and vision of the parish and manage its operations as well. They also identify and work with members of the congregation who show leadership qualities or abilities and model ways of incorporating the Gospel in their daily lives.
Our senior wardens will oversee all legal and financial matters that arise, such as determining compensation and managing the parish’s discretionary fund. They may also suggest different investment vehicles for the parish. Senior wardens may also work alongside junior wardens and manage parish property.
